In term of the National Credit Act (NCA) you are entitled, in the month of your birthday, to a free credit report.
If you require a report at any other time, or any additional reports, you may obtain these against payment of the Credit Bureau fee.
Your free report is available online at www.mycredit.co.za, where you can access your personal Credit Report and check that your personal information is correct and up to date. Any queries regarding the Credit Bureau Report should be directed to 0861 482482.
