PRO-PROP Property Consultants recently hosted a gathering, of people allied to the residential property markets, at their offices in Plumstead.
The warm and energetic atmosphere and general high spirits confirmed once again that the residential property market is still active, and that the general news and articles are of little merit within the markets of the Cape Peninsula. The four banks (being ABSA Bank, First National Bank, Nedbank, and Standard Bank) were all represented; as were the offices of BrayCorp, Pestech, Schoonraad Architecture and Construction and Pincus Matz Attorneys.

Thank you Pro-Prop for organising this fantastic gathering. It was truly wonderful to see the fact that the market is still very active, confirmed by the companies represented.
We have definitely experienced the market to be constantly changing but never quiet. We agree that there is really little merit in the general news.
